Food Services Manager – Bento Sushi

Location:

8818 Macleod Trail SE, Calgary, AB T2H 0M4.

Wages: CAD $28.00–37.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Employment Type:

Full-time, Permanent (various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays)

Working Hours:

30-40 hours per week

Benefits: 4% of vacation pay

• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the daily operations
• Plan and control budget and inventory
• Determine types of foods to be offered and implement operational procedures
• Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
• Review and adjust staff schedule when necessary
• Recruit and oversee staff training and conduct performance reviews
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure provincial regulations are followed
• Manage catering, events, and advertisements

• Completion of secondary school
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience
• Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management is an asset
