As a key team member, you’ll ensure Room Attendants are equipped for success while conducting thorough inspections of guest rooms and public areas. You'll monitor supplies and assist in creating a welcoming atmosphere that allows guests to enjoy their experience amid stunning natural beauty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Room Attendants with necessary tools and equipment

• Inspect guest rooms for cleanliness and organization

• Walk floors to check linen and supply levels

• Assist Room Attendants with cleaning assignments

• Ensure all hallways are clear and tidy

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of Room Attendant experience

• Strong physical ability to meet job demands

• Team-oriented mindset with operational knowledge

• Ability to manage time effectively during tasks

• Willingness to work weekends and holidays
