Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure guest needs are prioritized and met consistently
• Supervise cleanliness and operational standards of the venue
• Conduct interviews and oversee training processes
• Review staff performance with the Director of Operations
• Maintain all operational compliance and safety standards
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years in a managerial capacity in hospitality
• Strong background in guest services and team leadership
• Financial management skills in P&L and budgets
• Microsoft, POS, and technology proficiency
• Ability to manage high-pressure situations effectively
