Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome all guests when they arrive

• Gather dining information on dietary needs or special requests

• Manage the dining room seating arrangements in advance

• Seat guests methodically to streamline service flow

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of food and beverage experience

• Ability to lift trays and be on your feet for shifts

• Proficient with POS systems like Open Table & Silverware

• Flexible to work holidays, weekends, and odd shifts
