You will be at the front desk, interacting with guests, running night audit tasks, and managing financial reconciliations. A positive attitude, strong reliability, and effective multitasking in a fast-paced environment are key to thriving in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and verify their reservations

• Reconcile daily revenues and settlements

• Answer switchboard calls promptly and professionally

• Perform nightly accounting tasks and prepare reports

• Ensure credit card transactions are recorded accurately

Requirements:

• Minimum one year relevant hotel experience

• Graduate of a Hospitality program or degree holder

• Strong communication and mathematical skills

• Must be able to work overnight and holiday shifts

• Physically able to handle lifting up to 40 lbs
