As a Stewarding Manager, you will oversee daily operations and long-term strategic direction within your department. Your experience in luxury resort stewardship, combined with excellent customer service skills, will guide your team in maintaining inventory and upholding cleanliness standards. You will lead recruitment efforts, manage staff scheduling, and support the Executive Chef with initiatives and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit and interview stewarding staff effectively
• Manage inventory and storage of food and beverage equipment
• Ensure ware washing equipment is maintained
• Oversee cleanliness of back-of-house areas
• Facilitate food delivery for banquet events
Requirements:
• High School Diploma required, Bachelor's preferred
• Minimum two years’ experience in luxury stewarding
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office and Opera
• Strong communication skills in English
• Ability to supervise and evaluate staff
