Towne Park is seeking dedicated Valet Attendants to deliver outstanding hospitality services. Your responsibilities will include parking and retrieving vehicles safely and assisting guests with their luggage. You'll be integral to creating memorable experiences for visitors and ensuring that every interaction is warm and welcoming.
Key Responsibilities:
• Park and retrieve vehicles in a safe, timely manner
• Assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure
• Provide directions, taxi arrangements, and local information
• Maintain professionalism with all guests and staff
• Complete ticketing and billing procedures accurately
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license for state of application
• One month related experience or training
• Knowledge of customer service principles
• Ability to perform basic mathematics and read English
