As a key member under the Spa Manager, you will lead the development and execution of our sauna ritual programs. You'll curate seasonal themes, oversee a team of Wellness Ambassadors, and engage guests in meaningful interactions. Your efforts will elevate the standard of mountain hospitality at Everwild while supporting career growth in a thriving company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Curate and implement unique sauna ritual classes

• Collaborate with brand teams on seasonal ritual campaigns

• Recruit and coach Wellness Ambassadors for outstanding service

• Ensure hygiene, safety, and readiness of ritual spaces

• Track inventory and manage supplies for rituals

Requirements:

• Background in spa or hospitality leadership

• Experience with sauna rituals and teamwork

• Strong understanding of scent and guest interaction

• Comfortable in heated environments

• CPR/First Aid certification (training provided)
