This role supports the Director of Food and Beverage in delivering exceptional service while keeping the lounge pristine and inviting. You'll engage with guests, replenishing food and beverages, and ensuring cleanliness throughout the lounge. Strong attention to detail and willingness to assist are essential for success in this role, enhancing operational flow during peak service periods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly and professionally

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lounge

• Promptly clear and reset tables after each use

• Replenish food, beverages, and service items as needed

• Proactively address cleanliness issues before guest impact

Requirements:

• Hospitality or guest service experience preferred

• Strong communication skills with guests and team

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Capacity to adapt communication style effectively

• Detail-oriented and proactive approach to guest service
