In your role as Assistant Director of Spa, you will lead daily operations at Fairmont Banff Springs, focusing on guest experience and team performance. Collaborate with various departments, including Body Technicians and Fitness, to fulfill organizational goals while maintaining a premier standard of service. You will also play a key role in addressing guest concerns and ensuring an optimal spa environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all spa departments for seamless operations

• Guide strategic planning to enhance guest experiences

• Train and motivate colleagues to achieve peak performance

• Manage scheduling and productivity across the spa

• Conduct regular facility walk-throughs to ensure quality

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years in a luxury resort spa leadership role

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field

• Experience in hospitality management is preferred

• Human resources experience considered an asset

• Strong understanding of spa operations and safety procedures
