Position: Room Attendant at The Westley

As a Room Attendant reporting to the Executive Houseperson, you will maintain high cleaning standards in guest rooms and bathrooms. This role requires you to engage with guests, addressing their needs and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Your attention to detail and ability to follow procedures will help you excel in this important role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms and bathrooms

• Welcome guests with friendly greetings and genuine smiles

• Engage in conversations about guest experiences and hotel services

• Address guest concerns promptly using effective communication

• Report repairs and upkeep necessities to maintenance team

Requirements:

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent

• At least 1 year of guest service or housekeeping experience

• Ability to use industrial cleaning equipment

• Strong verbal communication skills

• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends
