As a Nordic Spa Attendant, you will create a welcoming environment that supports guest relaxation and connection with nature. You will take pride in maintaining the cleanliness of the spa facilities and refilling locker room amenities. Strong attention to detail and guest service skills are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain cleanliness in locker rooms and spa areas
• Create a fun team environment for staff and guests
• Conduct cleanliness walkthroughs during shifts
• Stock guest amenities and manage laundry items
• Adhere to established work processes and checklists
Requirements:
• Spa or Hospitality experience preferred
• First Aid Certification (CPR included) preferred
• Strong guest service and communication skills
• Experience in handling cleaning products responsibly
• Must thrive in a fast-paced and diverse environment
