In your role at HI Banff, you will balance responsibilities as both a Night Auditor and Bartender. Check in and out guests, manage financial audits, and provide high-quality service in the bar. Create a welcoming atmosphere for travelers as you work nights amid a community of global adventurers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure guests feel safe and secure at night

• Conduct nightly audits and financial checks

• Welcome guests and assist with check-in and check-out

• Prepare and serve drinks in the bar area

• Maintain cleanliness and adequate stock in the pub

Requirements:

• Cash management experience is an asset

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision

• Willingness to work flexible night shifts
