As part of the Revenue & Sales team, the Reservations Manager will ensure accurate management of OTA bookings while focusing on revenue optimization. You'll collaborate closely with property teams and address reservation issues to sustain smooth operations. This role includes generating comprehensive revenue reports and potentially extending for ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement checks for OTA bookings accuracy
• Monitor payments, refunds, and rate changes
• Facilitate group bookings with the sales team
• Promptly address issues with guest services
• Generate revenue performance reports
Requirements:
• Proven experience in hotel reservations
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Familiarity with property management systems
• Collaborative approach with various departments
• Willingness to work flexible hours
