In the Resident Services Coordinator role, you will be integral to maintaining a positive living environment through effective housing services and lifestyle program management. Your empathetic approach and strong conflict resolution skills will be crucial in serving residents and managing daily office operations. This role requires strong collaboration with various departments to ensure safety and prompt responses during emergencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the first line of support for residents

• Oversee office activities related to resident inquiries

• Conduct audits for housing and property management

• Manage emergency situations effectively

• Facilitate communication across departments

Requirements:

• Exceptional customer service and data entry skills

• Valid class 5 driver's license required

• Proficiency in Microsoft applications essential

• Previous supervisory or administrative experience preferred

• Ability to perform occasional physical tasks
