Lodge Housekeeping Supervisor

What You'll Be Doing

As Housekeeping Supervisor, you'll help ensure our cabins and lodge rooms are maintained to the high standards our guests expect while supporting and coaching your team throughout the day.

Responsibilities include:

• Supervising the daily activities of the housekeeping team
• Training and supporting new team members
• Inspecting guest rooms and cabins for quality and cleanliness
• Assisting with cleaning when needed
• Coordinating daily assignments and room priorities
• Monitoring housekeeping supplies and inventory
• Addressing guest requests and concerns professionally
• Reporting maintenance issues and following up as required
• Helping foster a positive and supportive team environment

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Leads by example and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves
• Is organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Enjoys motivating and supporting others
• Works well in a fast-paced environment
• Has previous housekeeping experience
• Has supervisory or leadership experience (preferred)
