This permanent role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a new wellness venture. As the Assistant Manager, you'll report to the Wellness Operations Manager, collaborating closely to maintain high standards and an exceptional customer service experience. Your leadership will play a crucial role in the successful administration of operations in this luxurious setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain inventory and place supply orders

• Assist Wellness Operations Manager with scheduling and payroll

• Enforce health and safety procedures across the facility

• Oversee guest requests and service quality

• Train reception staff efficiently and effectively

Requirements:

• Previous leadership and spa experience preferred

• High dedication to customer service and detail

• Ability to lift over 30 lbs and stand long shifts

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
