This permanent role involves supervising the Housekeeping Department, including Room Attendants and Public Area Attendants. You will ensure that all areas meet Fairmont’s exceptional cleanliness standards while actively responding to guest feedback. Leading the team involves training, coaching, and maintaining open communication across departments to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the Housekeeping Department and its staff

• Ensure compliance with luxury cleanliness standards

• Address guest feedback and resolve issues effectively

• Train and coach team members, providing regular feedback

• Participate in daily briefings and departmental meetings

Requirements:

• Previous housekeeping supervisory experience in luxury hotels

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, knowledge of Opera is a plus

• Physically capable of extended periods of movement

• Ready to work weekends and holidays as needed

• Legally authorized to work in Canada
