Overnight Operations Manager

We are hiring an Overnight Operations Manager to supervise all aspects of night operations at our hotel. The ideal candidate has at least three years of supervisory experience in a full-service hotel and a strong commitment to service excellence. You will be responsible for guiding and supporting associates while maintaining high standards of safety and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure top-tier customer service during overnight shifts

• Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally

• Monitor completion of nightly operational tasks

• Conduct hotel assessments for cleanliness and safety

• Respond to emergencies and manage incident reporting

Requirements:

• Minimum three years’ experience in hospitality management

• Degree in Hospitality or related field preferred

• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
