Key Responsibilities:

• Manage smooth guest arrival and departure experiences

• Oversee shuttle service schedules and routes

• Resolve guest feedback with empathy and promptness

• Ensure accurate vehicle key logging and valet ticketing

• Coach and develop team members, providing feedback

Requirements:

• Previous supervisory experience in luxury hotel operations

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word

• Clean driving record with a valid Class 4 license

• Capable of operating both manual and automatic vehicles

• Excellent communication for effective team management
