As the Guest Experience Manager, you will play a key role in managing luxury service initiatives at Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise. Overseeing Concierge and VIP Services, your mission is to create memorable experiences tailored to individual guest needs. Engage with various departments to deliver superior service aligned with Forbes Travel Guide standards while building a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead VIP and Suite guest arrival planning smoothly.

• Develop a high-performing Concierge team focused on service.

• Curate premium local experiences for guests.

• Maintain strong relationships with tourism operators.

• Engage actively with guests throughout the resort.

Requirements:

• At least five years in luxury hotel operations.

• Expertise in service recovery and personalized hospitality.

• Knowledge of LQA and Forbes Travel Guide.

• Demonstrated financial acumen and management skills.

• Experience with PMS and guest experience technologies.
