As a vital part of the Courtyard by Marriott Calgary Downtown, you will spearhead nightly operations with a minimum of three years of hotel supervisory experience. This position requires engaging with guests, managing staff, and ensuring adherence to safety and service standards, all while supporting your team in providing exceptional experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as primary contact for guest relations overnight

• Supervise the night team to ensure service excellence

• Review and complete the overnight operational checklist

• Monitor the safety and cleanliness of public areas

Requirements:

• Three years in supervisory capacity in hospitality

• Graduate from a Hospitality or Tourism program

• Proven track record in leading teams

• Strong decision-making and communication skills

• Must be available for overnight shifts
