Guest Service Agent for Luxury Hotel

This full-time position includes day, evening, and overnight responsibilities as a Night Auditor. You will be the face of the hotel, greeting guests, managing check-ins, and fulfilling requests with a welcoming approach. Your expertise in hospitality will be key to ensuring memorable stays in this boutique hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Register guests while accommodating special requests

• Block rooms and manage reservation details effectively

• Maintain accurate room inventory and housekeeping status

• Process guest accounts and ensure credit policies

• Provide concierge services and handle inquiries promptly

Requirements:

• Relevant customer service experience, hotel experience preferred

• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor

• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office proficiency

• Adaptability in high-pressure environments

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and holidays
