The Dorian is looking for a Night Operations Supervisor with a minimum of three years’ supervisory experience within a full-service hotel. In this role, you will lead overnight activities, coach team members, and ensure that all guest interactions meet our high standards of service. Your leadership will help cultivate a motivated night staff committed to quality hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise night associates to ensure efficient operations

• Act as a point of escalation for guest issues

• Complete overnight operational checklists diligently

• Ensure hotel cleanliness, safety, and standards during night

• Take charge in emergency situations while maintaining safety

Requirements:

• At least three years of supervisory experience

• Graduate from a Hospitality or equivalent program

• Strong leadership and mentoring qualities

• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods
