• Oversee room reservations and ensure accuracy

• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests

• Serve as a communication hub for the hotel staff

• Process payments and keep guest records organized

Requirements:

• High school diploma with a focus on customer service

• One year of relevant work experience required
