This permanent position focuses on enhancing guests' wellness journeys. As a Concierge, you will manage Basin Glacial Waters reservations, respond to inquiries, and collaborate with the Fairmont Spa to provide excellent treatment options. This role is perfect for someone with reservations or hospitality experience who thrives in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle guest reservations and inquiries via phone and email

• Collaborate with Fairmont Spa to enhance treatment options

• Promote hotel services and meet booking quotas

• Maintain accurate reservation records and generate reports

• Support Facility attendants during peak hours

Requirements:

• Previous reservations or sales experience preferred

• Familiarity with Opera PMS and CRS is a plus

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Basic knowledge of Word and Excel

• Ability to lift up to 20lbs and work flexible shifts
