Become a key member of Fairmont's Guest Services team as a Bell Valet Attendant. This role emphasizes delivering personalized guest experiences while ensuring operational excellence.
As a Bell Valet Attendant, you will act as the first point of contact for guests, creating lasting impressions through warm greetings and professional service. Your responsibilities include managing guest luggage, operating vehicles safely, and guiding visitors on hotel amenities and local attractions to enhance their stay.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet guests warmly upon their arrival and departure
• Safely assist guests with luggage handling
• Operate guest vehicles for valet parking services
• Deliver guest requests and amenities promptly
• Collaborate with team members for seamless service
Requirements:
• Valid Alberta Class 5 driver’s license
• Minimum 1 year of hospitality or customer service experience
• Ability to operate automatic and manual vehicles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including holidays
