This role works closely with the Front Office Manager to maintain high standards of hospitality while managing the front office team. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, addressing guest concerns, and ensuring all procedures are followed for optimal guest interactions. Strong communication skills and a hospitality background are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and support front desk operations and guest services

• Train and schedule staff to ensure high service standards

• Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly

• Manage check-ins/check-outs and process reservations

• Maintain communication with housekeeping and other departments

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in hotel front desk operations

• Previous hospitality leadership experience is an asset

• Proficiency in property management systems

• Strong communication skills with a guest-first mindset

• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and holidays
