Sheraton Suites Calgary Eau Claire seeks a seasoned Banquet Manager to ensure outstanding service and seamless event execution. Assist in delivering luxury experiences from initiation through conclusion.

Reporting directly to the Director of Banquets, this role encompasses managing both in-suite dining and club lounge operations in a vibrant urban setting. You will drive a culture of service excellence, overseeing team performance and operational standards to elevate guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead banquet team in delivering exceptional guest experiences

• Oversee event logistics, ensuring adherence to timelines

• Conduct post-event reviews to enhance future operations

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all dining areas

• Monitor profitability and manage departmental budgets

Requirements:

• At least two years of relevant food and beverage experience

• Valid Alberta Pro Serve Certification is mandatory

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with POS systems

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently under pressure
