Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a skilled bar team

• Design and implement an innovative beverage program

• Oversee daily operations, including inventory and scheduling

• Maintain exceptional guest service standards

• Collaborate with management to optimize operations

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years in a full-service restaurant

• At least 2 years as a bartender

• 1+ years in a management capacity

• Experience with inventory management systems

• Pro Serve certification is mandatory
