Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor all housekeeping professionals

• Maintain stringent cleanliness and luxury service standards

• Schedule and monitor team staffing needs

• Communicate effectively across departments for service excellence

• Ensure compliance with inspection and LQA standards

Requirements:

• Previous management experience in luxury housekeeping

• Microsoft Office proficiency;
Opera software knowledge beneficial

• Degree in Hospitality Management preferred

• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends

• Strong ability to train and develop team members
