In this leadership role, you will oversee Concierge and Guest Relations, ensuring that all VIP arrivals receive exceptional attention and service. Collaborate with various departments to create and maintain a culture of memorable guest interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Champion efficient execution of Concierge and VIP services
• Manage and prioritize guest arrival reviews
• Coordinate across departments for timely service delivery
• Train staff in luxury service standards and guest care
• Use guest feedback to implement improvements
Requirements:
• 3+ years in luxury hotel leadership roles
• Familiarity with Opera Cloud and guest management systems
• Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities
• Background in concierge operations preferred
• Enrichment knowledge of regional attractions
