The Hyatt Regency Calgary is looking for a committed Lounge Attendant to join its Food & Beverage Team. This role is perfect for those eager to improve their hospitality knowledge while welcoming guests. Responsibilities include refreshing lounge offerings and ensuring cleanliness, along with managing reservations. Required certifications include Proserve and Food Safe to facilitate stock duties and guest interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet guests with a friendly demeanor
• Manage guest reservations and make recommendations
• Refresh and maintain food and beverage selections
• Ensure a clean and inviting lounge environment
• Stock alcohol per regulations and hospitality standards
Requirements:
• Must have a valid work authorization for Canada
• Proserve Certification is required
• Must obtain Food Safe Certification
• Availability for shifts throughout the week
• Previous customer service experience preferred
