This permanent position is perfect for individuals eager to learn about the hospitality industry. You will welcome guests, assist with reservations, and maintain the Regency Lounge’s food and beverage offerings. Additionally, you will ensure the cleanliness and smooth operation of the lounge, while obtaining the required certifications to handle food and alcohol safely.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests and manage their expectations
• Learn to make reservations and offer recommendations
• Refresh food and beverage selections in the lounge
• Maintain a clean and inviting lounge environment
• Obtain Proserve Certification and Food Safe Certification
Requirements:
• Valid work authorization for Canada
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts five days a week
• Enthusiastic about personal growth in hospitality
• Customer-oriented approach to service
