Join Cineplex VIP Cinemas as a Host in Calgary and enhance the cinema experience for guests. You'll be responsible for greeting and engaging guests in a sophisticated, adults-only atmosphere.
As a Host at Cineplex VIP Cinemas, you will serve as an ambassador for the VIP experience, ensuring guests feel welcomed and informed. Your tasks will include preparing dining spaces and sharing menu insights, contributing to a luxurious atmosphere. Your ability to interact positively with guests will be key to their enjoyment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests enthusiastically in the VIP lounge setting
• Prepare dining areas, including tables and utensils
• Communicate menu offerings and VIP experiences to guests
• Keep the service area clean and organized at all times
• Evaluate guest service levels for alcohol responsibly
Requirements:
• Energetic attitude with strong customer service capabilities
• In-depth hospitality knowledge to enhance guest experiences
• Adaptability and quick-thinking in fast-paced situations
• Flexible work schedule to accommodate evenings and weekends
• Bilingual skills are beneficial
