As a Banquet Server, you will team up with the SAIT Curated Catering Kitchen to ensure a top-notch service experience. The role demands excellent communication, multitasking skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food service techniques will benefit those with relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the complete setup and breakdown of events

• Deliver attentive banquet service to guests

• Juggle multiple tasks efficiently during busy functions

• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff during events

• Ability to lift and transport items of 25-30 lbs

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid Alberta Pro Serve Certification

• Familiarity with food and beverage service industry

• Strong communication skills for effective guest service

• Flexibility to work varying hours and weekends

• Effective in both teamwork and individual responsibilities
