Experience:

Job Description

Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies

Establish work schedules and procedures

Co-ordinate activities with other departments

Participate in emergency responses

Resolve issues, complaints, supply shortage and address customer requests

Order supplies and maintain inventory

Prepare and submit reports

Perform administrative tasks and maintain accurate records

Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers

Perform same duties as workers supervised

Computer and technology knowledge

MS Office, Property Management System (PMS)

Web Rez Pro  experience is considered a strong asset

Experience working with OTA platforms such as , Expedia, and Airbnb
