Become a leader at Fairmont Banff Springs as the Assistant Manager of the premium Fairmont Gold service. Oversee a unique experience focused on personalized, high-quality service.
As the Assistant Fairmont Gold Manager, your responsibilities will include operational leadership, colleague supervision, and delivering an exceptional guest experience. This role requires effective collaboration with various departments to elevate the Fairmont Gold service. You will serve as the point of contact for guests and manage the lounge operations in the absence of the Director.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and analytical skills essential
• Experience with Property Management Systems preferred
