In this key position at Alt Hotel Calgary University District, you will coordinate front-of-house operations while championing guest satisfaction. Requirements:
• Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent experience
• 1 to 3 years management experience in hospitality
• Strong guest empathy and effective problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with OPERA PMS preferred
• Proficiency in Office Suite applications
