The Breakfast Host position at Crescent Hotels & Resorts emphasizes friendly guest interactions and team collaboration. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong communication skills and a willingness to adapt to early shifts, weekends, and holidays. This role will contribute to creating an inviting start for hotel guests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide warm welcomes to guests during breakfast
• Adhere to health and food safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining spaces
• Assist in replenishing breakfast items
• Work together with team members to enhance guest satisfaction
Requirements:
• Must be 18 years or older
• Safe Food Handler Certification preferred or willingness to learn
• Effective communication skills in English
• Capability to lift up to 20 lbs
• Customer service experience is beneficial
