Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily hotel operations in the Manager’s absence

• Coordinate schedules based on business needs and manage labor costs

• Ensure timely documentation of reports and inspections

• Lead staff training and performance reviews with HR

• Maintain accurate payroll and guest account information
