Front Desk Supervisor Hotel Operations

Lead front desk operations at Element by Westin Calgary Downtown using guest service, shift leadership, and hotel systems expertise. This hands-on position supports daily service.

The Front Desk Supervisor leads Front Desk Associates in a full-service hotel environment. Responsibilities include guest check-in, reservations, room coordination, cash reconciliation, and operational reporting. The supervisor also coaches associates, maintains brand standards, and leads shifts when management is absent.

• Supervise Front Desk Associates during daily hotel operations
• Lead shifts when a manager is absent
• Process check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest requests
• Reconcile cash logs, transactions, and Night Audit reports
• Coach associates and support training on hotel procedures

• Previous leadership or senior Front Desk experience
• Experience in a full-service hotel
• Proficiency with property management systems
• Opera experience considered an asset
• Availability for varied shifts, weekends, and holidays
