This Fairmont Gold Supervisor supports the hotel’s luxurious “hotel within a hotel” experience. The supervisor provides concierge information, manages reservations, and coordinates VIP arrivals and departures. Front desk supervisory experience, Micros-Opera PROPERTY Manager knowledge, and strong communication skills are central to the work.

• Respond personally and promptly to guest requests and concerns
• Provide personalized, anticipated service exceeding guest expectations
• Perform front desk duties, postings, check-ins, audits, and reporting
• Review Fairmont Gold reservations for accuracy and standards
• Coordinate seamless arrivals, departures, market mix, and VIPs

• Minimum one year of large-hotel front desk supervisory experience preferred
• Excellent Micros-Opera PROPERTY Manager, Word, and Excel knowledge
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail
• Royal Service or guest recovery experience with excellent recovery ability
• Hotel Management or Hospitality program graduation considered an asset
