This Banquet Server helps deliver successful hotel functions by preparing meeting rooms and serving meals to guests. You will follow event orders, maintain Coast Hotels presentation standards, and respond to Banquet Captain or Banquet Manager instructions. Success requires respectful service, safe work practices, and accountability.

• Prepare banquet rooms for scheduled Food & Beverage functions
• Serve meals while maintaining positive guest interactions
• Check freshness, appearance, and consistency of food items
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safe food service practices
• Contribute to a cooperative, positive banquet team environment

• Serving It Right Certification or an equivalent credential
• At least one year in a similar service position
• Strong English language communication skills
• Organizational ability focused on setting priorities
• Availability for flexible schedules, including holidays
