This Assistant Director, Food & Beverage position develops accurate forecasts, closure plans, recruitment plans, and profit-maximizing strategies. You will research direct competition, forecast monthly revenue, create promotions, and pursue initiatives that drive outlet performance. The role also builds supplier relationships and supports capital planning.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze Food & Beverage business trends for accurate forecasts
- Develop promotional and sales events with operating teams
- Conduct regular research of direct competition
- Forecast monthly revenue for Food & Beverage outlets
- Maintain supplier relationships and negotiate possible pricing
- Previous senior leadership Food & Beverage experience required
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal abilities
- Highly responsible and reliable approach
- Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Windows applications required
