Payroll Processor

The Payroll Processor ensuresaccurate and timely payroll for our staff, while maintaining compliance with Alberta’s Employment Standards Code.

• Processpayroll accurately and on time using ADP.
• Reviewand reconcile staff hours with Connec Team and client calendars.
• Apply company benefits, differentials, allowances, and statutory deductions
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and payroll legislation
• Support employees with payroll inquiries, ROEs, and ADP access
• Collaborate with HR and ADP to resolve issues and improve processes

• Experience in payroll processing (Alberta preferred)
• Strong knowledge of the Employment Standards Code of Alberta
• Proficiency in Excel and ADP payroll systems
• Familiar to proficient use of timekeeping systems (e.g., Connec Team)
• High accuracy, confidentiality, and strong problem-solving skills
