** About the Role
** We are seeking an
** HR Coordinator
** to join our People Services team. This role is pivotal in supporting a positive and productive work environment by serving as a primary point of contact for teammates and leadership on HR-related matters. If you are adaptable, detail-oriented, and passionate about HR excellence, we’d love to hear from you!
** Key Responsibilities**
* ** Recruitment & Onboarding:
** Manage end-to-end hiring processes using
** Workday**, including job postings, candidate screening, and employment contract preparation.
* ** Training & Development:
** Identify training needs and implement programs to support teammate growth.
* ** Teammate Relations:
** Assist with terminations, conflict resolution, and progressive discipline while ensuring compliance with employment laws.
* ** Policy & Compliance:
** Monitor provincial employment standards and support leaders in maintaining compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
* ** General HR Support:
** Provide administrative assistance, coordinate events, and respond to operational needs.

* Education:

** Post-secondary education in HR is an asset

* Experience:

** Minimum 1 year of relevant HR experience
* *
* Skills:

**  + Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.  + Knowledge of Canadian employment standards  + High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint).  + Previous experience with Workday is an asset.
