Our client is look for a Senior Workday HCM Business Analyst & Functional Lead responsible for partnering with HR and IT stakeholders to design, configure, and optimize Workday solutions that improve business processes.

Must-haves:

5+ years Workday configuration experience across HCM
, Recruiting
, Talent
, Payroll
, and Integrations

Hands-on Workday HCM configuration (business process frameworks, security roles, condition rules, calculated fields)

Strong HR functional knowledge in core HR operations
, payroll
, talent management
, and recruiting

Business analysis experience with requirements gathering
, stakeholder interviews
, and discovery workshops

Translation of business requirements to functional/technical specifications
, user stories
, and system configuration

Customer-facing stakeholder management with HR, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and IT

Process mapping and optimization (current-state / future-state analysis)

Workday troubleshooting and root cause analysis

Integration support experience (inbound/outbound integrations, data flows, error resolution)

Workday reporting experience (standard reports, calculated fields, dashboards)

Experience supporting Workday enhancements and feature releases
