Description:

As the Senior Advisor, Workforce Planning and RMS Specialist (Senior Advisor) you will serve as a subject matter expert in the RMS, overseeing data creation, data management, data cleaning, definitions, updates, quality, interpretation, and responding to ad hoc analytic requests from healthcare organizations, Government of Alberta stakeholders, Talent Acquisition teams, and other clients. In this role, you will lead the availability of recruitment data that supports workforce planning and talent acquisition.

Your ability to translate the data into strategic recommendations will inform and facilitate the development of workforce strategies, using research, evidence, and best practice standards to maximize workforce productivity in support of high-quality healthcare delivery. The Senior Advisor develops frameworks, tools, dashboards, and processes that enable Human Resources Business Partners to lead their clients through effective operational and strategic workforce planning.

As the Senior Advisor, you will provide strategic and operational workforce planning services, using analytic, forecasting, and planning methodologies to support clients towards having the right people, with the right skills, in the right place, at the right time.
