A leading Canadian airline in Calgary seeks a Program Manager for People Enablement to develop and manage a People & Culture roadmap over the next 1-3 years. This person will coordinate HR initiatives, advise on resource planning, and promote diversity and inclusion within the organization. Key responsibilities include leading project coordination and ensuring alignment of HR strategies with business needs.
Ideal candidates should have 2-4 years of project management experience and familiarity with HR functions.
